Connect your Google Sheet

Easy Retro keeps everything in your own Google Sheet — free, private, and yours to keep forever. Set it up once; teammates you invite just open a link, with nothing to install.

1. Create a new blank Google Sheet at sheets.new
2. In the sheet, open Extensions → Apps Script and paste the code below, replacing everything that's there.

3. Click Deploy → New deployment and choose Web app
   Set Execute as to Me and Who has access to Anyone, then click Deploy and copy the link ending in /exec
   💡 The first time, Google asks you to authorize and warns “Google hasn't verified this app.” That's expected — it's your own script running in your own Sheet. Click Advanced → Go to (unsafe) to continue.
